All photos taken using available light with Canon bodies and lenses. They usually depict New York City, where their author lives, but some are of Maine, where he was born and raised, and others are of San Francisco, where he spent the summer of 2008. There are a few from Vietnam, too.

This blog is a document of an ongoing emotional and technical progression. Each photo is only edited and curated once, according to whatever rubric seems relevant at the time; and photos are never taken down once they're posted.

Photos are post-processed using Adobe Photoshop and are best viewed using a browser that respects Adobe color profiles: Safari (versions 3 and higher) and Firefox (versions 3.5 and higher) do this automatically. And they'll probably look very dark if you're on a PC monitor — if you can, try and view them on a Mac, at max brightness.
